Who we are
This website is run by Richmonds Enterprises Ltd ("Richmonds", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12019590, whose registered office is at 1st Floor, 5 Century Court, Tolpits Lane, Watford WD18 9PX. Our trading address is Unit 22, Orbital 25 Business Park, Dwight Road, Watford WD18 9DA. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
You can contact us about your data by using the enquiry form, by phone on +44 (0)20 7754 3554, or by post to the address above.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry, when you might step back from your business (if you tell us), and anything you choose to write in your message. If you email or call us, we keep what you send or tell us.
When we contact you about a possible acquisition, we use business contact details available from public sources such as Companies House, your company website and professional directories.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request.
- To contact business owners about a possible sale of their business: our legitimate interests in identifying businesses to acquire. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
- To keep records of discussions about a possible transaction: our legitimate interests and, where a deal proceeds, to take steps towards entering a contract.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed with our professional advisers (such as solicitors and accountants) and with service providers that host our email and website, including Google Workspace and Netlify. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and outreach records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a transaction proceeds, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Its fonts and images are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties when you visit. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes your IP address to deliver the site securely.
